Default 68-72 or 74-75 vert

about how much would it cost me to buy a 68 - 72 black vert, also would it be cheaper to buy a 75 or 74 vert and convert it to 80 style body?

ps
(im not going to convert the chrome bumper car to newer style, so relax)

Good base model cars from any of the years will start around 15K and go to 25K.

BTW, it would be a shame to convert a 74/75 IMHO. I think they are some of the most beautiful Corvettes ever made. But to each his own. I have seen 1980 'convertibles' and have drooled like a schoolboy too.

Here you go. Bring this back to life. You could put the 80-82 front clip right on it. This car is in Ohio. it belongs to BackZ06 his Dad is the one with the Vette shop going out of bussiness.

i dont think even some experienced guys would touch that IMO, but i was thinking a car with maybe bad paint and a base engine that doesnt require much work.
