Gauges on a C3. Anyone ever replace them?

Gauges on a C3. Anyone ever replace them?
Just wondering if anyone out there has replaced the gauges with some of the modern white faced gauges. If so, was it easy, etc.. I saw a mid year with them and it looked pretty good.. Any post would be appreciated.

I've got the phantoms in my car - the install isnt too difficult, My web site has downloadable instructions and wiring diagrams that are applicable to the 78 and newer but in many case are applicable to earlier cars as well.

Thanks guys!! I really like the autometers and the website you gave me is great. I have an extra center console as well as carbon fober inlays to cover as was done on the '78! Looks like a great project... Sounds as if JEGS is the way to go.. any idea on the clock? I did not see it in JEGS catalog. will call them Mon.
