In 1976, Corvette in an effort to save bucks...used the Vega steering wheel on 1976 Vettes.

Vega wheels were also included on 77-79 w/o tilt column.
I have a 79 with a non-tilt steering column, and a worn out vega wheel.

Some say the Camaro & Vega got the 76 Vette wheel.

Have never seen a 77 w/ the 76 wh. & saw a lot of 77s new.

I also have a '77 without T&T that has the dreaded Vega wheel. It seems that to add insult to injury the wheel can't be swapped out without special adapters.
