Fuel starvation no! Filter fuel new, i am going to rebuild a second carb as soon as i have carb fuel inlet heli coil. You answerd my question i will try to time it at high idle! Spark plugs like new prior to intake gasket change and distibutor removal. The propane method i will check also which is a good point .
