Radiator Interchange?
I have a 1979 that I'm planning to swap a BB into. In replacing the radiator, I want to go with an older closed loop/expansion tank setup and am looking at the 1969-1972 BB radiator from Ron Davis (I'm in Phoenix). Does the radiator support have to change in order to use the BB radiator?

I’ve read the difference in core width, but haven’t had a chance to pull my stock radiator and measure the core width on my 79. I was hoping someone would know/had undertaken a similar swap.
