As the owner of a 78, I was wondering what everyone was talking about - then I thought back to filling my friend's 71 'vette when I was taking care of it for a few weeks. Filling that up was a pain... so these aftermarket caps let you take advantage of modern fuel nozzles with the vent stop?
By the way...now that I'm learned...do I order a flip with the right size base plate or do you make hole in original lid or what?...THANKS for info...Malcolm
