Default Need carb suggestion

Looking for a good carb with egr valve for my 350SB/mild cam/electric choke with edelbrook performer 2101 intake. I don't have any vac lines except the pcv from valve covers. My q-jet is leaking/old and old holly is junk. Looking to just buy new and move on. Before I start going down the internet rabbit hole, I figured if anyone had a setup they are using.

Maybe...

Your Quadrajet is a 750 cfm so the Holley is a 100 cfm less from the start so that’s a big step backwards . Why not have your carb professionally rebuilt ?

You don't have to buy a Spreadbore style carb. That Eddy 2101 also has the square-bore bolt pattern.

I have a 650 modified 4150 Holley D.P. on a Eddy 2101, but that might be a bit much for your liking.

Do the Summit Racing search feature under:
Holley > 650 cfm > sq bore > elect choke and see what happens.
I do recall some bad vibes about that Holley Spreadbore design here on this forum in the past.

I did years ago (then car sat for 15 years), but now it's just leaking gas and the secondaries aren't opening correctly... I'd rather just buy a new one at this point than fight it again.

I like that, but I am bias to Holley D.P. There is no waiting for the secondaries to open. Its gets up & goes right now.
Downfall: about 11 MPG with heavy boots on.
12 MPG barefoot.

H-m-m-m-m. $60 off + free shpg. H-m-m-m-m-m-m-

Had a holley spreadbore for years, never had a single issue with it. Electric choke, fired first time every time
For mild engines they are great.
