Hey Vince,
Congrats on the new purchase!
I don't have my diagrams in front of me right now, but if memory serves the Pink/Tan will be for the Park Brake Indicator bulb. The Yellow, Orange, Lt. Blue will be for the Heater Switch Connector or the Heater Resistor.
The interior circuits may look daunting but they are all pretty basic stuff once you get to know them. I highly recommend getting a good color wiring diagram like this one listed on eBay:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/1968-68-Cor...MAAOSwNphWXarb
Not mine but I have purchased many of them from this seller. Large (11" X 17"), easy to read and very easy to follow. Only $18 and it will make putting your '68 back together a breeze.
'68 convert is a pretty nice car. Share some pics here when you get a chance.
Cheers, Greg

pink and tan should be for the parking brake light

blue orange and yellow are for your heater resistor connector

If you can call Dr Rebuilds and try adn buy the OSOEZ wiring diagram. His wife is easy to deal with and they should take a credit card over the phone. You cant post a pic of their wiring diagrams because they are copywrited but yo can look only for an example. It has all the plugs and wire colors. Its a geat resource

FWIW: my 68 AIM has a wiring diagram in it. The AIM could be helpful for you.

Dr Rebuild some time ago, I think, stopped taking telephone calls. Next he stopped taking credit cards, only personal checks or money orders. Now nothing. The website is now closed. Also, when you could place an order on-line, you had to complete a multi-questionnaire. I think one of the questons was that you had to state that the parts you were buying would not be used in NCRS judging events..did I get that correct? If you didn't answer the questionnaire with the correct answers, your order would be rejected. Yes, his wiring diagrams were excellent because, in addition to color coding the wire runs, there were photos of the associated connectors.

Yours looks good. My 68 had plastic wire nuts, taped, and bare wire splices. Add the leaking oil pressure line, cracked floor boards, etc. to the mix and it was a wonderful month or so fixing all that mess. I do agree that if you don't have an AIM you should get one. Good luck and enjoy.

Things at Dr Rebuild have ground to a near halt due to Covid. His wharehouse is closed and they are not taking crdit card orders until after the first of next year at the earliest. If you really need something sooner than that you can call and they (Debbie) MIGHT work something out for you using a money order payment...
