I have a 1979 that I replaced on the dash and center console bulbs as well as the circuit boards. But now I can’t figure out a few things:
1. What plugs into the back of the tach?
2. Why would my right tail light and signal not work?
3. I haves brown and gold two prong plug and an orange and green one ( both near the steering wheel column that have no where to go
4. I have a brown wire coming out f my fuse box with no where to go
5. And now half my center gushes and my radio won’t work.
I’ve checked all my fuses and all are good. Not sure how to fix all of this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
oh, and I dropped my speedometer and the needle broke off. 🤬
Here's the wire I found hanging out from the back of the center console. It leads to a split - one goes to a connector for the radio and the other goes to a green and green wire that goes up the passenger side of the dash. I can't trace it any further. Wire that comes from radio plug but then splits off into a green and lighter green wire that runs to the passenger side of the dash and up. Can't trace it any further Wire going to radio plug and then plotting off This comes from the radio and says "ignition" green/green wire going up passenger side of dash. Comes from that split off the radio plug in.

Here's the vacuum on the back of my AC/Heater. I'm not sure this is hooked up right and there's an extra black and white vacuum tube that seems to go nowhere.
Then red wire from the radio marked "ignition" says that it goes to a 12 v source that is only on when the car is on. Where is that found in the center console?
