Hooker headers and side pipes value?
Ok, guys I posted this question a week ago and only got one responce. I need some opinions. This guy at work just bought an 82 with hooker headers and sidepipes that he is taking off. He wants to go back to stock :crazy: He originally told me they were all welded together, but he was wrong. They break where they are supposed to for installing the inserts. What do you think they are worth? They are ceramic coated with a little surface rust in the crevices where the multiple tubes come out from under the car. thanks

I just saw an add where they are $1500 for chrome and $1000 for black new.Usually the "rule of thumb" is everything is worth 1/2 of what it is worth new.Since they are not chrome I wouldnt go any higher than $500. :seeya
