Default 1979 tach circuit board

This is my original 79 tach circuit board. It seems to be missing some lines of connection. Am I seeing that right or is it just the way it it?

Looks in pretty good shape to me! If you have it out, why not replace it or is that why its out? The link to this article shows what can happen with those soldered pathways.
