timing cover
installing new cover. should i oil the round seal at all
before tapping into place? and the harmonic balance wheel are they all set up not go onto the crank that much? mine doesnt slide onto crank that far?

Yes you want to lube that seal up before the balancer gets drawn into it. As for the balancer, you can tell if it is in far enough by holding a pulley onto the water pump of course, once you get that far. Meanwhile just make sure that there is no rust between the crank and the balancer and it should be fine. Good Luck.
