I've given this some more thought, and I think I'd actually want to do a raffle for a C3. Being that my club is all about C3s, it would seem kinda inappropriate to raffle a C5.
So, now I'm wondering if people would pay $50 for 1 of 1000 tickets for 1978 Pace Car or a 1982 CE. Of course, the car would have to have very low mileage and be in great condition!
I wouldn't want a '78 Pace Car or an '82 CE! I would think that just an original chrome bumper would be sufficient and easier to find, I'd give money for that if I had it to through around.
I would not put up $50 for a '78 or '82CE. But, a big block '69 to '72 would be worth the 1:1000 chance. Might even lower my chances and buy 4-5 for charity and the opportunity to own one.
