Default Unknown wires, please help!

I have a 1975, and I have found this wire under the headlight housing disconnected, but I cannot figure out what it does or what it's called! Please help, thank you (:

Looks like the headlight up indicator switch. I can't tell from the picture but it looks like the switch is broken off and still connected to the harness plug.

it's the headlight sensor
Like most often found, the plastic threaded end part that holds it on is busted off

Just by the shape of the connector and if the wire colors are yellow and Dk.Blue it should be plugged into the wiper washer pump motor.
The yellow wire should have 12vdc switched from ignition that also is the same circuit going to the wiper motor.
My connector housing in the photo is a replacement style so it is a little different then your factory connector housing.
You should trace the NON factory blue wire plugged into it as it feeds switched 12vdc to something...

It goes to the electric choke on my carb, im assuming there's a better location to hook it up from? And where is the wiper motor? I don't think I have one.

If your asking where the wiper/washer pump is located it is on the bottom of the window washer fluid reservoir.
Supplying voltage to your electric choke can be done at the yellow wire on the wiper motor connector. It is the same circuit as at the washer pump and is protected by a 25amp fuse. At least on my 77 it is 25amps.

Next spot , the nose. Next to my driver side headlight I have this circular thing and two disconnected wires. Thanks all ahead of time!

Isn't that one of the two horns? that connector wire "jumps" over to the second one (or did they have 2 horns in 75?)

i only have one on the driver's side, I don't see any others. Am I missing one? If not, I don't see anywhere to wire this into my harness. Where is your wire routed in your cars? Thanks.

Mine (it's a 72 so things change) only has the single horn

and it's a single dark-green wire, doesn't have that piggy-back connector like you show

The light green wire you have is odd as well since about the only light green in the engine bay is typically the low beam headlight wire.
Is there a stripe on that wire?
For the double connector, what are the two wire colors there? (never easy to see in the pictures, flash can screw up colors as well)

Willcox Corvette offers a nice line diagram (Tracer Schematic) for your 75. Diagram says 1 horn in 75.

You don't have a big red light on your center console saying HEAD LAMPS all the time when up?

That switch posted turns that light off and only when the lights are fully up or while traveling to the up position. I found my passenger switch broken off like posted when I was changing the bushing etc. on my buckets years ago. Bubba had wrapped it with electrical tape to keep it pushed in. LoL I replaced it.

Nice, Gotta love Willcox
I'm cheap and wanted a good schematic years ago so I figured out how to make on with the one in the AIM. It's really easy once you figure it out. All you have to do is make copies of each page and then do come arts and crafts to cut each page, line up the "wires" and tape them all together. This is my "go-to" one on my garage wall. I made two, one more for the "reading room". LoL

This 2 wire connector is for the cowl flap in the hood, it's activated by a switch on the accelerator pedal when you go wide open throttle (WOT).

Update, the green wire did in fact jump to a second, AFTERMARKET horn.man someone tried to do something in there and I just had to undo it . The two wire connection plugged in to this hidden plug I found hidden under my harness next to the radiator, it had been moved out of the way. Everything is connected now. Thank you for your help!

Is there a way to find which system these wires hook up to? I'm pretty sure orange/white is switched courtesy lights but I could be wrong. However the dark green/blue are what are mainly worrying me.

Assuming all those wires in that bundle in your hand are original, they can be identified by color on the schematic that was recommended to you several posts ago.
Highly recommend you download one for your '75 and blow it up as large as you can print - or piece together several sheets as Theandies showed.
Make sure you start with a good clear version, and then go buy a cheap pair of reading glasses to help with following all the lines.
If you're as old as many of us here, following the thin lines all around the page with your finger, will remind you of the puzzles in the old Highlights magazines from the Dentist's office waiting room!
