Hi all, I'm diving into my first real suspension project, and it's redoing the bushings on my 72 Vette. I've got some Van Steel suspension upgrades I'm also going to be doing. My father, years ago bought the bushing kit shown below and put some on, but we're going to try to do the rest. What extra parts am I going to need to acquire first? We discussed shims for the rear trailing arms. I have most of the tools I think I need, minus beers...
any hints tips tricks advice, suggestions or motivations are appreciated.
How many years ago?
no clue and not implying anything...but if very old and not rubber...i would watch out for poly chinesium..
it seems many complaints ‘years ago’ on the poly..i would at least give them a call before i put the labor in..if not rubber

I am planning to autocross semi regularly so poly is my plan. The bushing set is 10ish years old. Haven't had any issues with the ones dad installed a couple years ago. I'll look into the trailing arm tool. Probably need a bushing install tool yes?
