looks like rear cylinders are running richer than fronts, thats all. Stock intake manifold??

What manufacturer and plug number are they?
They could be too cold.

Autolite 24 in Dart IE heads. I am kinda concerned about the difference between #1 and 2 and the rest of them. That seems wrong.

stock intake has the carb mounted off center. not thinking there's much you can do about it.

What carb are you running? What is your timing set at? Did you make a pass and then shut the car off to read the plugs? This link should help you with proper plug reading.
