Spark Plug Analysis?

Spark Plug Analysis?
First pic is 2-8 with two being first plug on top. Second pic is 1-7 with #1 being the top plug.
Looks like there is an issue with #1 and #2. Different from the rest. Also think I am jetted too rich.
Intermittent miss cause the dark look on the others with 1 and 2 firing normally? Thoughts?

looks like rear cylinders are running richer than fronts, thats all. Stock intake manifold??

stock intake has the carb mounted off center. not thinking there's much you can do about it.

What carb are you running? What is your timing set at? Did you make a pass and then shut the car off to read the plugs? This link should help you with proper plug reading.
