Default Anybody try these LS swap headers?

Happy New Year All,

As part of my pending '75 LS1/4L60E swap I am considering this exhaust from Corvette Central: https://www.corvettecentral.com/c3-6...version-323122

Part of the kit are these headers: https://www.corvettecentral.com/c5-9...etallic-325007

Does anybody have any experience with them? My swap will be very vanilla, basically a stock 2002 Z28 LS1 and 4L60E transmission, I plan on doing the Borgeson conversion as well.

I just finished a LS3 swap into a '73 but I had the body off for that, which made welding up a pipe from the manifold to the center crossmember pretty easy, do not want to try that with the body on and this looks like a good option if there are no snafus along the way.

From what i have seen in other posts, the headers with that kit (https://www.corvettecentral.com/c5-9...etallic-325007 ) will probably interfere with the Borgeson box.

My guess is that those headers have the exact same geometry at the exit as the 97-99 C5 headers, does anybody know if that the case? And is the geometry of the 2001-04 Z06 the same as well, once again just concerned about the exit, all of the air port will be blocked off on either manifold.

I don't have those, but I am running Hooker's LS block huggers.

I got the exhaust from Corvette Central sans the headers and picked up a set of nearly new 97-99 manifolds and put it all together today and it all fits nicely. I was mainly concerned about the clearance to the Borgeson box but there is about 3/4" there so not a problem. I used the "4 position" plates for the motor mounts and I have the engine position 2nd from the farthest rear in the car, if I move it forward I get a bit to close to the steering link where it mounts to the frame on the passenger side.
