My Dad bought these years ago for his 32' Coupe and I made him take them off......they go in a valve cover bolt hole and if you try to tighten it down....the plastic inside mushrooms and you will keep having to snug them down until the bolt pulls all the way through......total garbage.
Doh! Do you have any recommendations? I seem to find negative comments about everyone that I've looked at.
If you like verticle looms, I'm using these R&M Billet Wire Looms 1101-90-P. I like them a lot but they are a bit challenging to install, you have to cut and crimp them to length but they work great if you have headers. I'm not sure about factory exhaust.

I used the R&M looms as well, went with the ‘horizontal’ counter part. I have the stock exhaust manifolds on, just use straight spark plug boots instead of the stock 90s.
If you are just looking for function and not aesthetics, you can use the old racers trick with zip ties as separators.
It doesn’t even look bad though, pretty tight and tidy when done right.
I've got headers and a Blueprint 383 stroker, so i'm going for something that looks nice. I used the zip tie trick on the old engine before the swap. I think i'll probably go with the R&M ones, probably vertical. Thanks!
I used the Made 4 You looms on a 427 Camaro. Aluminum valve covers with SS Allen head cap screws. No problems for over three years. Using them again on a 78 BB Corvette. Hard to see in the photo, but that's what's good about them. They make for a neat wiring solution.

Just a couple of photos of the verticle....It is a bit simple but the installation is so clean that you see very little outside of the bare necessities.... I love it clean and simple..
I went from headers to Ramhorns a couple of years ago and I'm still using zip-ties to keep things "away".... I forget about it and then it crosses my mind when I see posts like this.

Yes, I made the wires. I have made my own for the past 20 (or 'so') years...weeeeee I don't want to give away the carbon data on my gravestone, it would likely read BORN: The Age of DIRT,....''' DIED'''': WAY TOO SOON...... lol. ....I probably have 10 or more wire crimpers to make these wires up but If I could recommend a tool - I absolutely do have a go-to tool that I will share if you PM me. I don't want to offend any of the professionals that often help us on this forum...The help we have is absolutely awesome and they are so very much appreciated. My opinion is very humble but it is also very honest and layman. PM me if you would like to know what I use. I would love to help you.

Here they are. Since the ramhorns curve upward, I had the use the spacer between the valve covers and loom (about a half inch?). I would have had to use that spacer with the vertical ones as well, which I think would make them stick up above the regular height valve covers.
