Default No4 body mount question

Hi.
I am in the proccess of replacing my #4 mounts on my 78 pace car.
The problem i have is that when i go to lift the rear body, it lifts about 1/2 an inch before then lifting the frame too. I only need an inch to get the new ones in.

I have removed the old ones, slackened #2 bolts, removed #3 bolts, disconnected battery earth, slackened parking brake cable and removed the 3 bumper cover screws from behind the number plate.

What have i missed?
The only thing i can see is maybe the where the rear of the frame bolts to the bumper supports?
I read that this isnt neccesary as the rear cover rides up over this?
I cannot see anything else connecting the frame to the body at the back of the car to stop me seperating another 1/2 to get the mount in.

Have you removed the rear lights? They are screwed through the bumper into brackets that are attached to the frame. Even with them removed I'm not sure if you'll get enough movement without taking the rear bumper off, the reinforcements behind the bumper might well stop the bumper from going up.This photo shows what's there.
