I would start at the local main airports for aerospace maintenance companies. Heck I see Lockheed Marten is located in New Jersey but there should be many subcontracting companies supporting them. Many time's when you contact one company they can refer you to the correct company for that service. Shipping heavy steel parts will add significant cost compared to local delivery by yourself.

I had Zip Products build my 4.11 rear with cryo treating. Not sure they do the process there, but you could call and find out where.

Nitrofreeze cryogenic services in Worcester, MA. (Aka Cryogenic Institute of New England)
had them use a double-dry process; the parts don’t actually contact the liquid N. In a plastic bag they cool off to near absolute zero stay there for a bit for the metal to re-crystallize into a more uniform conformation, warm-up slowly and do it a second time.
Threw in my razor blades and guitar strings. Amazing how much longer razors stay sharp!
