1968 L89 Cylinder Head Help

Does anyone know the correct rocker arms used for a 1968 L89 Head. Is it L, M, or H?
I've tried to research it and have come up with conflicting info as the H was said to be used in 69 and 70, M
was used from 65-76 and L from 65-70 i believe?

Also, are these all long slot? I'm using a ls6 cam with an additional .040 lift.

One additional question. What is the correct retainer for this 1968 setup?

Here is a image from the GM parts book hope it helps. I think yours should be P/N 6258611 as P/N 3959182 could be also used I think.
