You’ll get a lot of suggestions from many who are far more of an audiophile than myself, but I went with Retrosound because it looked somewhat old school but had bluetooth, usb, xm,am/fm and all necessary hook ups for amp and sub which I took advantage of. Also the face of the head unit can be mounted separately from the rest of the head unit which made install easier as there is not a whole lot real estate upfront. All components mounted in center storage compartment. With the amp and powered 10 inch shallow sub (mounted firing down from what would be the trunk lid), even at 70mph, tops off and with side pipes I can still have plenty of volume. Good luck
