Default LED headlight upgrade

Decided to do the LED headlight upgrade since I don't have any other major projects. I watched a video of a guy with a C3 and he used Dapper Lighting which he said he had good luck with so I went with them. They aren't cheap but they are very nice. They have the '575' line for 5 3/4" replacement lights. It is a complete unit that fits right into the socket with no cutting. The only issue I had was the tabs on the back which fit into the depressions/slots in the socket did not line up quite right so I just clipped them off. The bezel ring holds them in securely and I was able to keep at least on tab.

Original bulbs on the left (passenger side) the new LEDs on the right.

I haven't adjusted them yet and have not driven it since the car is up on blocks and it's winter haha. Looking forward to that!

Looking fwd to reading your first night out review. Which led’s did you go with as they offer both low and high in either 17w or 30w?

I went with the 17W, figured those should be good enough, plus I didn't want to spend any more.

Are you taking them somewhere to be aimed correctly or are you doing the wall trick? After I installed headlamp relays I did the wall method then I took it to a shop I know who has the aiming machine. I was off a little but but was pleased I got it as close as I did. Check you local/state laws. Some require machine aiming.
