Default Windshield wiper problems
On my 1982 Corvette, the windshield wipers start moving at times with NO effert by me. This does not happen
all the time but it does offen enough to be a pain opin the A—. Any help.

You are experiencing an electrical short somewhere between the windshield wiper switch and the motor. If the switch is off it is open.
