Default Need help identifying spring on choke assembly
The attached photo is from my 70 Vette, 350/300. It looks like a spring has gotten loose on the choke assembly (in the red box). Trying to find out what it's used for (fast idle cam?) and how to fix/replace it. Thank you!

Did you try putting it back in the choke pull off slot? Also, I think your rod should be on the outside of the choke pull off.
