Reproduction Actuators
I'm debating on buying one used Headlight Actuator and having them zinc plated or just buying a set of reproductions. Searching the Vendors it looks as though everybody is selling the same imports. I see Dr Rebuild lists some Delco ones whether or not he has them I have not inquired. I bought some from him 20 years ago and was told I was getting the last of the originals. This is for a March 69 Car that I intend to have judged. So they would have the 5/16 Tubes with a 9/16" distance from the Hose to the Housing. I see some Vendors list "Exact Reproduction" but then the sell them as 68-82 and we know the 68's especially had differences. And the price reflects that they are the same import as everybody else. Wile were at it I'm going to need the rest of the Vacuum Actuators and Valves to. So what if anything is going on in the Actuator world currently ?
