Monty, I'm not talking about installing the dynalite II's. I'm taking about the integra's/GT's being either 6 or 4 piston. They have the samel bolt spacing sas the dynalite so they MAY fit the brackets that someone here is making.
Those GT calipers are nice, but what are you planning to use for rotors? I'm planning on increasing the diameter at least an inch, and possibly the thickness if all the dimensions work out.
One of these days I'm gonna' have the opportunity to safely see what this car I've built will do, and I plan on having a killer set of brakes when that time comes. You're gonna' need some as well!
I'm not really sure on the rotors to use. I'm thinking about some wilwood rotors w/ seperate hats. First I have to decide what wheel size to use.. decisions decisions. I sure need good brakes, I missed the entrance to a gas station on the german autobahn once (fading brakes) and that scared me good.
This is very interesting topic( I almost missed it!) The only manufacturer (I've found) for big brake kits for C3 is the Germany based Mov'it. You get to choose the rotor diameter etc so it's tailored to meet ones needs. However this is quite expensive kit, but you'll get top of the range stuff. One other company I've come across is UK based Hi-Spec, which manucatures its own calibers. They provide range of different models and bolt on kits for various different cars, but not Corvettes, However they make all their stuff by them self and they do lot of custom stuff. So if we could get few guys here to be interested in this, we could ask them if they'd be interested making a kit for our cars...
