My front stabilizer bar bushing and end links are looking worn so I went ahead and got new ones. I have the 13/16" bar. The front of the car is currently sitting on jackstands (frame rails in front of the doors) while I wait for new calipers. Can I go ahead and install the new bar bushings and end links while the car is in this position? Read a few forum posts where a couple members said the car should be sitting on the wheels at ride height before installing the end links. The GM service manual does not reference this.
Install them and don’t torque to final value. Also, don’t be surprised if you can’t get the end links completely installed when the LCAs are at full droop. They will bolt right up one the car is at ride height.

Great stuff, thank you. I'm showing the torque value is 18ft lbs for the link nuts. If they won't go on with the car in it's present state, I will wait until it's back on the ground. Thank you again.
i'm not sure it matters on torque for links.. the manual lists a number but no way could i tighten that much..squish to washer size and go.
an easy job to me got pretty frustrating with all the different lengths, spacers, etc..this one i suggest a sponsor vendor for OEM sizing.. the torque on the center bushings should be accurate..
i was told that if the ends of bar are fairly level, all is good..
