Anyone have pictues of great looking rims for a C3Vette? I am looking to buy some new ones to replace my stock rims. (Yes I know I should keep them stock!) I was just curious to see some really badass rims... Any suggestions? :hat
There are companies that will make a rally wheel in 16" and 176" sizes. You can also get a torque thrust D style wheel, those are about it ( in my opinion) for 77 wheels.
The Torq Thrust II's by American Racing, and the Cragar S/S, and S/S Series 61 wheels. A lot of guys have the TT II's and I'm sure they'll post pics. I almost forgot, the TT II's and Series 61's can be had in 17".
I have American Racing (AR-136) three spoke aluminum mags on my 77 and it looks awsome. There was a thread a while ago about a website where you can fit a C-3 with different wheels to see how it would look. I think the title was "This is awsome, check it out". I know...not much help...but maybe someone else can post the link for you. Sure would make it easy to decide which wheel you like.

I think Edelbrock has a really awesome looking alternative to the TTII. They are called 409.
I am looking into wheels also and have thought about the "409" series wheels but they just seem to have too many sharp lines for a vette and also the price is crazy. Of course then again I am thinking about 20" TT II's  and they are 450 a piece. My poor kids will never get into college with me building this vette, lol.
I'm very partial to 15" Center Line Convo Pros, myself. Personally I don't think 16", 17" 18" or larger rims on a 1970s-era car look right AT ALL. But, hey, that's what makes a horse race I guess...
