Hello! I have finally registered after observing for a couple of months. What a great site! I've been hooked on Vettes since the age of 9 when my brother drove a '57 fuellie into the driveway. My first one was a '57 project I bought for $300 when I was 15 in 1970. (Yes, of course I wish I had that one back.) I have owned several since, and currently have two Sharks and a Midyear. I am somewhat computer challenged, but will work at trying to get some pics posted. However, that will not stop my coming here with the problems/gremlins of my cars to tap into the vast array of knowledge that is Corvette Forum! Thanks in advance!

Re: "Newbie" on the block (MidShark)
Welcome to the forum. You will love it here. I think your sig says it all.
'66 Coupe 327-350 4-speed, Nassau Blue
'71 LT-1 Vert, 350-330 4-speed, Red
'81 Coupe 350-190 auto, Charcoal/silver
One Midyear, two Sharks. Does it get any
better than this?
Welcome to the posting part of the Forum. I read awhile before I posted my first time as well. This place definately made my first purchase a much more educated one. Doesn't mean I listened, just knew where I was goung wrong!
I don't know how you Multi-Vette owners can do it, I couldn't imagine spreading the love or money across multiple cars.
Thanks for the warm welcome. I do feel very fortunate to own more than one of these cars. I am self-employed (a Builder) and have to make my own way as far as retirement is concerned. I decided a long time ago that I'd just as soon have part of this in something tangible that I could really enjoy. After all, you can't drive a mutual fund! Don't get me wrong, I am not speculating or buying them just as investments, but I do consider them a safe place to put my hard earned money, especially in the last couple of years. I love these cars, each one is  in it's own way. Sometimes I have work going on all three at once  . I am currently de-Bubba-izing my '81 now.
SMOKED TIRES: As a matter of fact, my brother DOES still have his '57 fuellie, but I get first dibs :jester
I'm glad that you have joined us. It sounds as if you can help us out as well. I'm of the same opinion about retirement accounts, I much prefer ones that you can drive.
