sorry I may have posted in the wrong place at first any advice, had bought a crate engine a while ago just getting to it now, told company it for a 1977, still they put lwp on. ok so over last few years bought pulley kits and brackets for sbc lwp.running elec. fans and dewitts alum. rad .bottom hose fittment a problem, all else lines up good
If you already have all the SWP stuff then just buy a short water pump. That's what I did when I bought my GM crate engine. Had to grind down one big headed bolt and that was about it. I installed Flowkooler water pump from Summit. I tried to give away that LWP but nobody seemed to want one so after years I just tossed it.

Long water pump setups reverse the alternator and A/C compressor to opposite sides of the engine and do not work well with a Corvette.
Also....the Corvette pump is not just a Short unit....it also has a larger shaft (3/4" vs. 5/8").....so it is important to get the right one to mount standard Corvette fans and pulleys.
67-72 Chevrolet pickups were very similar to the Corvette FYI.
No way would I try and make a Long Water pump setup work on a C3 Vette.....even if I had the stuff.
What is your question? You have a long water pump. long water pump accessories, and elec fans. Just hook it all up. You should have more than enough room with those electric fans.
If it is just the hose then hook it up to the water pump and then see how much you have to cut at the other end to attach it to the radiator.
Post a picture if you can.

thanks for all suggestions, back to drawing board with short high volume pump and all related brackets and pulleys and such
IF you already have all the long water pump stuff then you should have more than enough room for a LWP. See here my electric fan in mine. There is a LOT of room up front.
