Default Heater Hose Retainer M.I.A.

I cannot source the proper part ANYWHERE. I can find the clamp portion of it at Zip, Ecklers, CC etc but not the other half of it. (The part on the fender that the retainer attaches to.) Unfortunately, it's not a very commonly photographed part of the engine compartment. In any case, does anyone know where I can get the fender side of this bracket? Thanks. Below are some pics of my car and clearly where there is a mount missing from the fender. (First pic is my car, second pic is the piece I'm clearly missing and cannot find)

Indicates used to mount the heater hose retainer clamp. Would call them to make sure. Added one more at bottom.

Thanks PJO. The last pic makes the most sense I guess. (not sure why they took a pic of a rusted piece but...) The first link I'm not exactly sure how the hose bracket would mount onto it. ?? Link three is the part I currently have. I'll try and call tomorrow and get some insight from them. Anyone else had to replace this part or have a common place to source it?

Never had to replace one. Not sure when or if Dr Rebuild will reopen but he has them also.

If you had to, you could fabricate that piece. According to Alan 71, "This is the configuration of the plate on the heater air box on a no a/c car, but I believe it's the same as the plate mounted on the apron."
