Hooker sidepipes, trim rocker panel??????
Did you haved to do anything to the rocker panels to install the sidepipes, the guy who installed mine cut notches in them to put the bolts in the frame???

Smitty- luckily mine required no mods, but I have seen some that required trimming up at the front, I guess it all depends on what year C3 it is. On my sidepipes I bent the tabs down so they were straight and mounted them to the underside of the frame rather than notch out the rocker panels.

I have had them on two 78 Pace Cars and had to trim the passenger side only on both. One car required only slight trimming, the one I have now required a lot more. I guess it's due to production variations in both the cars and the headers.
