Also try Lectric Limited. They make all types of electrical harness for vehicles. I've had success with smal harnesses and I'm sure they have the connector entire the entire harness.
In your first pic, if you take a tiny jewelers screwdriver you can pry both contacts inward and pull the connector out of the housing.
I have a couple connectors like that from GM power antenna kits. Same housing but 4 wires. 5 slots.
