Default One brake light out.

So only my passenger side brake light is out. The blinkers and parking all work fine. Someone suggested my turn signal switch could be bad. Any thoughts?

Turn on your hazard lights. The hazards are on the same circuit as the brake lights. Turn signals and parking lights are on the same circuit and separate from the brake lights. Usually it's a bulb out. Should be part number 1157. If it's not the bulb then you will need a test light to determine if there is power to the socket and if the ground is good.

Make sure you put it in correctly, the slots and tabs on the bayonet cap are made so i will only go in one way , but if you force it. you can get it in the wrong way and the electrodes will not line up correctly
