Its doing the lean.
My Vette has always been high in front; especially on the right side. Not surprising since I have removed some weight in front. So recently cut about 2 1/2 coils off the top on the right side. The left is still stock coil, no cuts. It is still higher on the right side! The left now measures about 27 1/2" to the lip; the right is about 28 1/4". I've measured ground to the frame; its high on the right too. Whaddaya think? Bent frame?

Did you index the springs correctly? The front springs must be indexed to the spring pocket on the frame. The end of the spring should be within 3/8" of the hole in the frame. Drop a bolt in the hole and lightly rest the spring end to the bolt. Once the lower arm is secure with the ball joint, remove the bolt. Indexing to the bottom can result in an uneven stance, both front and rear. Jerry

Yes, springs are indexed correctly using a bolt in the top hole as you suggested. Both springs have been in and out several times and both sides are lower than when I started, just still uneven.

Have driven the car to let the spring settle......it will not til you do.
2.5 coils is a LOT......1 coil will drop the front 1.5" inches on average.....
Is the frame also 3/4" higher on the right as opposed to the left like the wheelwell?

By the way, the rear also leans but by a smaller amount. I've tried tightening the left rear spring bolt to bring that side up but it had very little affect.

I personally have never cut anything but the wide spaced end.......Vette or otherwise.....
We cut coils in our S-10's as kids to lower them and it was always the wide end (bottom)....you just have to made sure you flatten and chamfer the end you cut so it doesn't dig into the control arm. The tight wound end is the upper and fits into a pocket....almost flat.....
If you cut the tight wound end...it is not going to seat properly.....it may be what is going on.
