I don't know the exact answer to your question but I do know that being a glass body grounds are more important then a steel bodied car . So the more the better .

you sure they are not hangers? exhaust doesn't need or get grounded. and it is bolted to the engine for ground anyway. or somebody got the bright idea to use exhaust to ground something near the exhaust. another possibility is it was owned by a boat guy. no such thing as too many grounds when the street is salt water.
