Default Starved for gas

Hello all, new owner of a 76 'vette and have trouble on start up as well as feeling a bit sluggish on acceleration. Upon inspection of the carburetor, it seems only the front two bowls are are getting gas. Also looks like the throttle linkage may be incorrect but I'm not sure. I am attaching a couple pictures of what I am seeing. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ya thats a hot mess but can be saved. When you floor it do you feel the transmission kick down cable drop the car a gear? That would make it feel sluggish. THat carb looks like a really old edelbrock or weber so I dont know what you mean by rear bowls dont have fuel. Do you mean it doesnt appear that they are getting fuel in the venturis when you press the pedal to the floor? Its not a double pumper so you would not see an acellerator pump shot like the front. Your gas pedal could be bent so that you are only getting partial throttle. You can either try a zip tie on your throttle cable which may be hard with that shield or try mounting your phone above the carb and just pushing the throttle to the floor and see how far the butterfles open on the primary side, the car does not need to be running for this test, bu tyou may have to have the key on for a few minutes to get the choke to release the secondaires, lookslike an electric choke on there,
