Default Air Pump Hose
Seeking advice on whether I should trim or shorten this hose to get rid of the kink?

The hose was not strapped to the fuel line from the factory

Looks more gently curved original, at least a 79..maybe too long too..

Do you live somewhere that you need any of that?

If so, shorten it.

All the original right side 3947740 hoses I have/had are (just about +-) 11 1/8" long. The '70 LT1 I recently bought had reproduction hoses on it, which I replaced with originals. The right side reproduction hose was 13 1/2" long.
Also, as Ralph states, that strap was not originally used.
So, just cut it down to look more correct.
