Mr. Gasket sells several different thickness spacers. I think they are made out of aluminum. I bought them at a local parts store.

Them is some big tires! How do you keep the fronts from rubbing on the frame? My 255/60s barely rubs the frame with the steering at lock.

While we're on the subject, what's required to put some 275/50/15's on a 15x8 wheel? I still have the stock e-brake brackets.

Re: Check it out, 295/50's installed (tshort)
tshort, I would think you can fit 275's on the back without any problems. I didn't have a problem with 265's on the rear with 15x8's and the 295's are close to fitting without spacers.
Smokehouse69, it depends on the tire brand. Some aren't as wide as others. I noticed the BFG's are not as wide as Goodyears. They still rub a little.

Looks cool. One of my previous Sharks had BFG Radial T/A 295/50/15 rear tires on Weld Wheels that did not require any spacers. It looked tough.

Hmmm, I wonder. My rims have a 3.75" backspacing vice the stock 4".
.25" = 8/32"
Those puppies could be just what I need. :smash:
