1.5" BS with -25 offset Weld RT. The Centerline wheels are 3.5" wide with 1.65 BS and -15 offset. Don't know if that will help you. Have been using 17" X 4" front wheels for a while now on the drag cars with 16" beadlock wheels on the rear.
On my 82 I have some old Centerline 15" X 3.5" with M&H drag radials on the front and 15" X 10" with M&H slicks 27" X 9" on the rear.

Let me add that they are the old Pro wheel which is a vintage wheel not made anymore. Centerline will still repair them but does not produce them any longer. I have found that most wheel company"s like Centerline and Weld will make almost any back spacing you want as long as you don't mind the cost and time it takes them to build the wheels.

hoping an off the shelf 4.5 bs will work. I can always add a quarter inch spacer if I have to
