1980 L82 Corvette Blows Fuse

Hello, I'm new here. My 1980 l82 corvette blows the 20 amp clock courtesy fuse when I turn the key to lock the door from the outside. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? Think it might have something to do with the antitheft or door locks.

My 1978 SA would blow the fuse because the anti-theft horn was rusted out. Unplug the horn and see if everything works

Thank you so much! Disconnected the antitheft horn and took it out to bench test it and it didn't work. We can now also lock the doors without blowing the ctsy clock fuse. Thanks for your help!
