Probably. I don't know of anyone that sells the cone by itself. That looks like the original GM fitting- a hardware store fitting uses a cone/ball that is a different shape and the two do not mix. If you replace with one from a hardware store, you'll need to replace the female side of the fitting too,
1/8" compression to 1/8 NPT fitting should be "fairly" available at a well stocked hardware or NAPA.
The one that goes into the gauge itself is a different story all together...

I switched my oil pressure Gauge line to a -4 AN SS Braided hose with Teflon lining assembly and I no longer worry as much about a Hot oil bath while cruising in my Corvette. They also offer it in flexible copper tubing if that makes you feel safer. Nylon tubing doesn't work for me, not on a Vital fluid that gets really HOT.
Being burned badly when an oil seal popped out of the cylinder head on the motorcycle I was riding and it shot 180*+ oil everywhere but especially on my right thigh and down my leg. That makes me kind of paranoid after that.
It is a critical parameter of engine health CT. And I too have felt the temp of motorcycle engine oil on my ankle. Left a filler cap off by mistake, so I felt it relatively soon so the temperature was still "cool". I saw the metal tubing version, and I LIKE IT!
Thanks.
