I was going to get into the wiring schematic and locate what this is, but thought it would be easier just to ask.

Yep, I'm being a little lazy today.
Watch out --- if you short those wires together you will have a fire -- in a heartbeat!!!!... That relay is in a horrible place and the GM engineer who put them there was fired I hope! Move it to the fenderwell and extend the wires or - move it somewhere - anywhere else - besides a place where you access everything on the lower section of the passenger engine bay!!!!
All you have to do is bump it and touch the contacts together - then you have an absolute mess on your hands!
I’m switching to a new complete Vintage Air system, so I’m not sure if I really need it anyway.
I’ll have to look at the new wiring for the VA and see.

Please share your experience, I also want to add the Vintage Air setup. I purchased a serpentine kit from CVF and hope to incorporate the Vintage Air Kit.
