Center gauges not working
So, my gauges were all working last year when I removed the dash panels on my '76. Now that everything is back together, the water temp, battery and oil pressure gauges aren't working.
I suspect a ground issue, anyone have a suggestion?

Sounds like you need to pull it all back apart and check all your connections. Always check things like this as you go! Nothing worse than getting it ALL back together and find part 1 isn't right.

No Alternator light.
Are they grounded to the console, or should I be looking for a wire somewhere?

Well unless there's a problem with the charging system it's likely it's power to the center instrument cluster. If it was a ground problem the gauges would do something until you turned on the parking lights.
