L81 C3 Engines

:confused: Did all C3 Corvettes Have Posi and 4 Bolt Main 350 Engines? Does my L81 C3 ? :confused: Thanks :steering:

Your L-81 has 4-bolt mains and posi. Check this out for more 1981 information, and welcome to the club :D

sorry to disagree but L-48, L-81 and L-83 did not have four bolt mains, standard two bolt.
all did have posi though.

posi-traction became standard around 1970. But the only engines of that time with 4-bolt mains were the high performance (relative) was the L82. The L81 was just the base L48 with computer controled carb.
