Default 69 Control Arms Reinstall Questions

I'm almost ready to install my refurbished upper and lower control arms, but have a few questions. I see the following in the back of the Chassis Service Manual under Front Suspension - Bolt Torques:

Spherical Joint - Stud to Control Arm Nuts (Service) - 20 ft lb. Is this for the replacement bolts/nuts that hold the joints to the control arms? Sure seems low. I understand that rivets were originally used.

Does anyone use the simulated rivets with nuts and washers sold by some vendors? Safety is more of my concern that original appearance. I have the nuts and bolts a shop used years ago after replacing the original joints, and they look good, but I'm not sure I should reuse them.

Next under Bolt Torques - Lower Forging Nut - 40 ft lb. What is this? Can't find it in the AIM.

Further down the page - Upper Control Arm Attaching Nuts - 50 ft lb. Is this attaching the control arm shaft to the frame?

Next is Collar Bolts - 40 ft lb. Are these the bolts going into the ends of the shafts at the bushings?

It would be helpful if the terminology was consistent between the torque charts, the Manual instructions and the AIM. Of course some of the washed out images and text in the AIM leaves a bit to be desired as well.

Thanks All,
Mike
