Default '82 turn signal indicators do not work

Hello,

When I bought my 1982 corvette the turn signal indicators on the dash didn't work. They do work on the car, as well as the hazards. They flash correctly and you can hear the distinct clicking, just no indicators on the dash. I replaced the flasher on the fuse box and no difference, the one that was in there was a LED type flasher, even though I haven't found any LED bulbs in the car. Is it likely that both bulbs are burned out on the dash or there is another issue?

I see.

Probably impossible to know but which do you think is more likely? Both bulbs are burned out or there is another underlying electrical issue?
