Martel Bros. Performance??
I am currently shopping for a set of Hooker sidepipes and Martel Bros. are the lowest priced at this time. My question... has anyone dealt with Martels, were they happy with customer service and shipping? I understand that they are a large business, but I have never dealt with them before.

Can't say I would deal with them. About a month ago I called them about a slew of parts I was looking for and one of the sales people told me to e-mail all the specs to the engine & what I was looking for. I spent an hour composing that e-mail so they would have the best information. Never heard a word back from them. Their loss... $2-3 thousand dollars in parts. They would have had a hard time beating others though as they are local and I would have had to pay taxes.
I'm sure they are a great parts place... they've been in business for quite a few years. Just my experience.

I just bought a set of Hooker ceramic coated side-mounted headers for my '69 BB from them.
I was very pleased with the service. I called them, instead of ordering on-line, and the rep was very helpful.
