Stamped timing tab for BBC 6.25" damper?
A while back I pulled the 8" damper off and installed a noticeably lighter 6.25" damper. Everything works fine, but I have the engine apart at the moment and I'd like to use a timing tab that isn't quite so far off/away from the surface of the damper. I have a spare timing chain cover without a timing tab, so I'm looking around to see if anyone makes a bolt-on stamped steel BBC timing tab for this smaller diameter damper. Been striking out so far. Just curious if anyone is familiar with the availability of what I'm looking for.
